If you are a fan of the Pre­scrip­tives brand, it’s time to stock up.  After 30 years, they’re shut­ting this brand down in Jan­u­ary of 2010.  This is sad news.  I have always been a fan of Pre­scrip­tive lip­sticks (SoHo was my sig­na­ture color for many years), and they have some great foun­da­tions (I plan to pur­chase sev­eral jars of Vir­tual Skin before they’re gone).  Pre­scrip­tives is avail­able at Nord­strom, Macy’s and Bloom­ing­dales.  Be sure to stock up on your favorites by January!
